In conclusion, digital devices and social media have both positive and negative effects on teenagers. However, since students' attention, memory, sleep patterns, studies, and performance can be affected by their overuse, it is important for them to find a fine balance between their usage and other important activities. According to the survey conducted among Grade 11 students, many respondents spend too much time online, get addicted to using their phones, use them even at night, distract themselves from studies, and admit that limiting their usage would positively influence their grades. Thus, the collected data and results strongly support the idea that teenagers should not let technology control their lives and focus on their academic achievements and personal goals. All the respondents can benefit from limiting technology use, managing their time effectively, getting enough rest, doing exercises or reading books instead of spending hours on social networks, and balancing their daily activities. By doing so, students will get numerous advantages of digital devices and social media without the devastating consequences of their overusing.
